Frequently asked questions
How early do you need to set up? Is that included in my rental time?
We arrive 90 minutes before your rental begins to set up, ensuring a smooth operation. This set-up time isn't deducted from your rental period. For instance, if your rental is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we'll set up at 4:30 PM. Let us know in advance if there are any major activities that could interfere with set-up. We're here to help!
Can I supply my own props? Do you offer custom props?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own props on the day of your event. We'll coordinate with your point of contact to ensure they're received at our setup location. Additionally, we provide custom props for an additional fee. We can either create a design for you or print your own design. Let us know your preferences, and we'll make it happen!
